Geotargeted campaigns across paid social media platforms and the Google Search Network reached families at multiple points in their decision journey. We paired remarketing to prior website visitors with intent-based search targeting for users actively looking for ABA clinics and autism resources, while also building prospecting audiences of parents, caregivers, and healthcare decision-makers for children ages 2–10 within each clinic’s service area. This blended approach helped ensure Inner Circle Autism Network maintained visibility with high-intent prospects while expanding reach to qualified new families in the right markets.

We implemented a combined paid and organic social media strategy across social platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Organic content focused on authentic storytelling, sharing patient successes, highlighting family-centered care, and reinforcing Inner Circle’s mission.  This approach built trust while expanding reach and driving patient inquiries.

Website Architecture and SEO Strategy
We redesigned and optimized the company’s website to provide the information for which families actively searching for ABA therapy and education are looking. The updated site features clearer navigation, defined service pathways, and high-quality, relevant content aligned with Inner Circle Autism Network’s brand. We also implemented an SEO-focused content strategy centered on autism therapy and ABA-related search terms, ensuring they appear as a top, credible option when families are seeking care.

Traditional Advertising That Builds Awareness
To support the opening of Inner Circle’s first Omaha, Nebraska clinic, Groundswell Health designed a billboard using healthcare advertising best practices. The design emphasized simplicity, emotional connection, and a clear call to action. Placed in a high-traffic area, the billboard reinforced Inner Circle’s presence and commitment to accessible, high-quality care.

Full-service Communications

Beyond marketing campaign execution, Groundswell Health supports Inner Circle Autism Network with a full communications, public relations, and reputation strategy designed to build trust and sustain growth across all markets. Our work includes producing family-centered video content, drafting and distributing press releases, developing educational blog content, and supporting recruiting efforts to attract and retain team members as the organization expands.
